Naturally we start the journey with a lot of sketches, rough compositions and tests. We believe that every project, big or small, requires special attention in order to get the best results possible. Sometimes it takes hundreds of tries to get the letter shapes just right.
Exploring
We work with different tools that help us find the logical structure of the letters. We like to experiment with the speed and the direction of writing, the materials and media. We often explore the shape of the letters using calligraphic techniques.
